Just pick 7 for a week's order or 20 for a month's, type the numbers in the comment area of the contact and order form, and I'll do the rest.
ASIAN STYLE:
1. Tofu Masaman: mild Thai style curry with peanuts, cashews and seasonal vegetables
2. Pineapple Panang: spicier red Thai style curry with pineapple and seasonal vegetables.
3. Fried Rice: savory rice dish with rice, garlic, ginger, my own stir-fry sauce and seasonal veggies. [no egg, of course]
4. Sichuan Veggies: spicy stir-fry with seasonal veggies and peppers [sometimes tofu] and short grain rice
5. Broccoli Tofu: mild, savory dish with tofu, broccoli and stir-fry sauce
6. Pad Thai: vegan take on the national dish of Thailand. suggested that you add fresh lime juice when it's been reheated.
ITALIAN STYLE:
7. Lasagne*: {lactovegetarian} delicious lasagne with both red sauce and pesto. numerous veggies
8. Angel Hair Pomodoro: very simple, fresh dish of chunky tomato/basil sauce with angel hair pasta.
9. Pesto Penne*: {lactovegetarian} penne pasta with pesto sauce, black olives and other seasonal veggies.
10. Meditteranean Style Rigatoni: Rigatoni tossed in an olive oil sauce with olives, mushrooms, onion, garlic and thyme
11. Mushroom Fettucini*: {lactovegetarian} classic style cream sauce with fresh mushrooms mixed with fettucini noodles.
12. Manicotti*: {lactovegetarian} large shells or pasta tubes filled with cheese and herb filling, floating in a fresh marinara.
SOUPS:
13. Mushroom Soup: creamy soup stuffed with a variety of fresh mushrooms and herbs. recommended eaten with good, crusty bread.
14. Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup: incredibly healthy and rich cream-style soup. great in the fall and winter.
15. Vegetable Soup: this one varies, based on what veggies are in season, but is always made with my homemade vegan stock.
16. Gazpacho: cooling tomato based soup with many other veggies. a raw food and served cold.
17. Vegan Chili: one of my most requested meals. very hearty and a bit spicy, but with a great depth of flavor.
18. Miso Soup: made with white miso, a very simple soup, but fantastic with a sandwich or salad or if you are feeling under the weather.
TEX-MEX STYLE:
19. Burritos: large flour tortilla stuffed with beans, spiced corn, avocado spread, peppers and numerous other veggies.
20. Vegetable Tamales: two large tamales stuffed with cumin and chili spiced veggies.
21. Black Beans with Yellow Rice: ...pretty self explanatory. slightly spicy.
22. Cornbread Pie: richly flavored vegetable pie with cornbread topping.
INDIAN STYLE:
23. Sag Paneer*: {lactovegetarian} spiced spinach dish with squares of homemade fresh cheese [no rennet].
24. Mataar Paneer*: {lactovegetarian} spiced dish much like Sag Paneer, but made with green peas for a sweeter flavor.
25. Chickpea Curry: slow-cooked curry with chickpeas, tomatoes and other veggies. not hot, but very flavorful.
26. Tofu Curry: this is the hot curry, as opposed to the chickpea variety. also has lentils and veggies.
MIDDLE EASTERN STYLE:
27. Hummus [with pita wedges]: homemade from dried, reconstituted and slow-cooked chickpeas. heavy in garlic and lemon.
28. Israeli Couscous: very interesting dish with flavors all across the board, served over the larger size israeli couscous. delicious.
29. Turkish Zirva: tofu, chickpeas, fruits, saffron, onion.... very, very good middle eastern fare. goes well with rice or bread.
'MERICAN STYLE:
30. Stuffed Mushrooms: usually an appetizer, 6-10 each, depending on size, stuffed with savory, rich stuffing.
31. Shepherd's Pie: classic Scottish style dish, but meat free. one of my top requests.
32. Southern Meal: corn muffin, greens and black-eyed peas. ...yum.
33. Veggie Loaf: vegetable take on the meatloaf with breadcrumbs, mushrooms and various vegetables. scrumptious and filling.
34. Stuffed Peppers: bell peppers stuffed with rice, veggies, tofu or faux meat crumbles [egg/dairy free]
35. Red Beans and Rice: very filling and full of flavor. a little on the spicy side.
36. Pizza*: {lactovegetarian} varies greatly. only the freshest of in season ingredients will be used.
